Eng. Kelvin Ndangili
Ag. Deputy Director (Infrastructure Development)
Eng. Kelvin Ndangili is a Registered Professional Engineer with the Engineers Board of Kenya (E.B.K) and is a Corporate Member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya, MIEK.
He has over ten years’ working experience in development and management of infrastructure in the roads and transport sub-sectors in Kenya.
Eng. Ndangili holds a Master of Science Degree (MSc.) in Transport Planning & Engineering from the Edinburgh Napier University, Scotland, and a Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Nairobi.
He possesses further training in:
Sustainable Urban Mobility Planning (SUMPs)
Comprehensive Urban Transport Planning
Public Private Partnerships (PPPs)
FIDIC Suites for Contract Administration and Management
Supervision of Performance Based Contracts (PBCs) for road maintenance
Eng. Ndangili has been extensively involved in the design, construction supervision, and multi-modal integration of Mass Rapid Transit Systems (MRTS) including:
Bus Rapid Transit (BRT)
Commuter rail
Non–Motorized Transport (NMT)
These efforts support efficient and effective public transport within the Nairobi Metropolitan Area.
